Shipping

– How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for orders is 24-72 working hours from the time the order is placed.

– What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs 7 euros and only within the peninsula.

– What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If after 72 hours from the confirmation of your order you have not received it, please contact us by e-mail info@alpacaselcamino.com.

Refunds

– How can I make a refund?

If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you can do so by filling out the contact form or by sending us an email to info@alpacaselcamino.com. If you wish to return or exchange a product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

It is possible that the purchased product has not met your expectations. Do not worry, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days of receipt of the order. The amount corresponding to the returned product(s) will be refunded within approximately 48 hours.

Cancellation

If you are not sure about your purchase you can cancel your order without problems, as long as it has not been shipped (in this case the right of withdrawal could be exercised). You can do so by sending an email to info@alpacaselcamino.com. The refund of the amount paid will be made through the same method you used to make the payment.

In the case of cancellation or non-acceptance of a confirmed order on products expressly purchased for the customer, ALPACAS EL CAMINO, may require the payment of a minimum compensation of 50% of the purchase price, as compensation for damages, as well as all storage costs.
